Behold, I come bearing glad tidings of great joy: we have officially wrapped up recording of our intro album, adam lay ybounden. (Although I reserve the right to change up the styling, italicization, and capitalization of that album title) There's a small amount of editing that needs to be done, and then I can send it to our mixer and producer Mark Hingsbergen for the next step. I have a history of procrastinating on these kinds of projects, and so I hereby publicly bind myself to having the tracks in his hands by Easter.

I am extremely excited to have these songs recorded to share with you all. We've played them live for a couple years, and they've really grown on me. They're really fun, they're deeply thoughtful, there's some beautiful poetry, and we have some really interesting sound behind it. I can't wait until you all have the chance to really immerse yourself in these tracks, and I look forward to hearing you all sing them back at our shows.

On a sad note, Kim has decided to part ways with the band. We're extremely grateful for her time with us, and especially for the beautiful vocal performance she put in to recording this intro album. Her voice will always be with us.

As a result, we're looking for a new female vocalist, as well as another guitarist - ideally the same person, but not necessarily. If you are interested in Catholic-inspired loud rock music and have some of those talents, let us know!
